These Hazy Glazed Green Beans make eating your veggies a total win. With bacon, Hazy Little Thing, and brown sugar, this holiday side dish is anything but ordinary.

Ingredients
1/4lb thick-cut bacon slices
1lb green beans, trimmed and snapped into 1- to 2-inch pieces
1/3 cup Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Step 1
Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add bacon slices and cook until crispy on both sides.
Step 2
Transfer bacon to paper towel lined plate to cool. When cool, chop.
Step 3
Add green beans to same skillet over medium-high heat and cook until just slightly browned.
Step 4
Pour in Hazy Little Thing and brown sugar and reduce heat to simmer. Cook just until beer is reduced to a glaze, about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste, and cover with chopped bacon.
