Upland Drive, founded by Asheville Symphony Orchestra cellist, Franklin Keel, and accompanied by vocalist Davida Hass, is an edgy, cello-centric experimental rock band offering a unique yet lively sound that brings elements together from a variety of genres including rock, funk, and reggae, with an undertow of classical influence. Based in Asheville NC, Upland Drive offers original music characterized by a fresh blend of styles, culminating in a sound that is both adventurous and accessible.
